💬 How It Works
Step 1: Submit a Help Request
Fill out the short contact form to open a help ticket.
This starts the process and lets us know what kind of support you need.
Step 2: Check Your Email
You’ll receive an email with a link to the next step, scheduling a meeting with one of our intake coordinators.
Step 3: Schedule Your Meeting
You will receive an email where you can choose a meeting time that works best for you.
This Zoom meeting helps us understand your situation and connect you to the right resources.
Step 4: Complete Your Ticket Information
After scheduling your Zoom meeting, you’ll get another email with a secure form for you to provide all details about your needs.
This helps our team prepare before the meeting.
Step 5: Meet with the Core
During your meeting, we’ll review your help request together and recommend the best services, programs, or community partners to assist you.
Sometimes, we’ll invite you into one of our long-term programs for ongoing support.
